Planned app commitments

• We never sell your personal or health data.
• We don't use your health data for ads.
• Employers in a Bee program only see group results, never your personal data.
• You can see, download, or delete your data at any time.

Website data and planned app data

On this website

• Waitlist: your email, and your first name if you share it. See The waitlist below.
• Emails you send us: if you write to hello@dailybeehealthy.com, we keep your message so we can reply.
• Calculators: the numbers you enter stay in your browser. We don't store them.
• Basic site data: things like your browser type and pages visited, to keep the site working well.

In the app (when it launches)

• Account details: name, email, and sign-in information.
• Profile and goals: your health goals, schedule, food preferences, and limits you share.
• Your activity in Bee: actions you complete or skip, notes, meals you log, and Ask Bee chats.
• Connected data (only if you turn it on): steps, sleep, or weight from Apple Health, Health Connect, or other services.

The waitlist

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address.
• Your first name, if you choose to share it.
• When you signed up, which page you used, the consent wording you agreed to, and when you confirmed.

How we use it: only to email you about the Bee Healthy Coach app launch and early access. We send one email first so you can confirm. If you don't confirm within 30 days, we delete your sign-up.

Where it's kept: in our own database with our web host, Hostinger. Emails are sent from hello@dailybeehealthy.com through Hostinger's email service. If we move the list to an email-sending service for launch announcements, we'll update this page first.

Spam protection: to limit repeated sign-ups, we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your internet address for up to one day. We don't keep the address itself.

Leaving: use the unsubscribe link in any email. We keep your email marked as unsubscribed only so we never email you again. To have it deleted completely, email hello@dailybeehealthy.com.

We never sell your email or use it for ads. Please don't share health details on the waitlist.

How we use it

• To build and adjust your daily plan.
• To answer your questions in Ask Bee.
• To send reminders and updates you've agreed to.
• To keep the service safe and fix problems.
• To improve Bee, using data with your name and details removed.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that help us run Bee, like cloud hosting and email. They can only use it to provide services to us. We'll also share data if the law requires it. If we ever share your health data in a way you didn't agree to, we'll tell you, as the FTC Health Breach Notification Rule requires.

Your choices

• Turn off reminders or connected data in the app at any time.
• Ask us for a copy of your data.
• Delete your account and data.
• Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email.

Children

Bee is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

Keeping data safe

App security controls and service providers will be documented and reviewed before launch.

Website hosting and fonts

Our hosting provider may process ordinary server-request information. Fonts are loaded from Fontshare; your browser shares its IP address and request information with that provider. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.
