Bee Healthy Coach

OUR CONTENT APPROACH

Useful guidance.
Clear about its limits.

We want health information to feel less overwhelming, without making it sound simpler or more certain than it is.

Start with a useful question

Our focus is everyday health: understanding a number, planning a meal, or choosing a manageable habit. We write in plain language and explain unfamiliar words.

Make sources visible

Guides link to the guidance or research they use. When a calculator uses a formula or makes an assumption, its page explains that choice. Readers should be able to follow the reasoning, not just accept a number.

Be honest about review

Our guides are prepared with AI assistance and checked against linked sources. Then a licensed clinical reviewer checks them for accuracy, safety, and clarity. Our lead reviewer, Reynald Vital, RN, BSN, is also our founder, so his reviews are not independent, and we say so. Each reviewed guide names the person who reviewed it. So far, 0 of 9 guides and infographics have been reviewed.

Each guide shows two dates. The "sources checked" date is when we last compared it with its sources. The "clinically reviewed" date appears only after a clinical reviewer approves that version. If we change the guide later, it needs a new review. A publication date is not a review date. We do not claim a medical review network, professional endorsement, or outside clinical approval. Know what education cannot do

This website does not diagnose conditions, choose treatments, or replace care from a qualified professional. Calculators are estimates. Follow your care team's advice for your own situation, and use emergency services when needed.

Keep product information separate

The Bee Healthy Coach app is in development. Its screens and interactions are examples of the planned product, not a live coaching service. Sign-up, contact, pilot, and deletion forms are not open yet.

Corrections and updates

We intend to review guides as the library grows and to show meaningful updates on each page. A working reader feedback channel is not available yet; the contact page is clearly marked as closed.
