Check my license yourself

You don't have to take our word for it. Search Vital (last name) and Reynald (first name) on either official lookup. It shows license type, status, expiration date, whether it's multistate, and any board discipline.

The South Carolina lookup is run by the state's Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation. Nursys is the national nurse license database run by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing. Both are free.

A note on independenceReynald founded Bee Healthy Coach, so he isn't an outside reviewer. We tell you this so you can weigh his review with that in mind. Every reviewed guide still links to its sources, so you can check the facts yourself.

What a clinical review checks

  1. The facts match current guidance. Each health claim is compared with the linked source, such as the CDC, NIH, FDA, or American Heart Association.
  2. Numbers are right. Targets, ranges, and cutoffs, like blood pressure categories or weekly activity minutes, are correct and up to date.
  3. Safety comes first. The guide says clearly when to call a provider or get emergency care.
  4. It's written for real people. Plain words, about a sixth- to seventh-grade reading level, with medical terms explained.
  5. It isn't personal advice. Nothing reads like a diagnosis or tells someone to change a treatment on their own.
  6. Medicines are handled carefully. Medicine information matches the FDA label and sends readers to their prescriber or pharmacist for their own plan.

What review does and doesn't mean

A reviewed guide shows Reynald's name and the review date. The review date tells you when a nurse last checked it. It doesn't mean the guide fits your own situation. Your care team knows your health best.

For guides that focus heavily on medicines, we may also ask a pharmacist or physician to review them. If we do, we'll name them on the guide.
